Yes, i feel sick of being unemployed for the whole week! I quit my last job (exact 3 weeks of working) on last Monday. Ever since then, i've been slacking off at home, succumbing on junk foods while watching (a lot of) movies via my laptop! The reason i quit? I just simply couldn't bear with working in a poultry industry! (yes, and i mean it!). My 'ex' company is a manufacturer of poultry equipments for the whole of Asia Pacific (ever heard of GSI Asia?). It is a subsidiary group of GSI IL, USA. Still, i have time looking for other alternatives while working there, hence i've found a better one in Penang island (will definitely blog about it soon). Need to be there for junior training session on next Tuesday, and there goes another chapter of my working life :) Hopefully it'll go well this time :). Also, i will be moving to my bf's mother's house for a more convenient travel purposes. I do not feel excited at all (who does?) in this plan, but hey, no choice, need to save money for bigger plans! I have car loan and educational loan to pay :( At 24, i have so much to go on... Here's a meaningful song by Rie Fu:

of Cardis and Jamie Beck!
Oops! I abandoned my blog for one whole week :/ Guess i'm not use to the habit of blogging... hehe... trying my best to blog more frequent from now onwards. Speaking of the blog post's title, i found myself get hooked up on buying cardigans, various designs of cardigans with chiffon, knit, satin, cotton material, you name it! :) I personally think that cardigans are so versatile that i can wear it on anything, on any occasions such as to a movie night, a strolling in the mall, simply to just cover up, and most importantly, to hide those unwanted bulges (ahem!) or even flabby arms (I sound so not confident =.=).
Anyway, I recently stumbled upon a Singaporean fashion blogger, Cindy Ashes, (found out about her from lookbook.nu) whom I think has a great sense of style I must say! just so in love with her plain and natural yet pretty looks, her fashion style is so hyped! :) Can't stop describing about her in all positive ways :) Here are some pics copied from her blog :)

So in love with her mustard cardigan! It's so hard to find a mustard coloured piece! grr.. :(
Okay, now let's talk about the NYC animated GIF photog, Jamie Beck(my name:)). Well, just so you know, Jamie lives in New York's Upper West Side, shoots editorial and commercial work for a variety of clients and is working to expand her published portfolio. Despite her busy work schedule, she was kind enough to share about her work and plans on her growing business. At least, that's what i know about this amazing photog! Her blog include an extensive of visual archives that will eventually make you get lost, which i already am! Check out some of the most awesome 'cinemagraph' which she had collaborated with Kevin Burg (NYC web designer) in the processes, i can't stop but to stare at each photos.

World! Oh, World!
Let's just start talking about the Earth for once, the very own planet we are living in. Now, we all know that our planet’s resources are getting scarce, crisis happens almost every day, and then there are disasters such as the tsunami and earthquake that hit Japan and other neighboring countries not long ago. What if the 2012 end times prediction is true as according to the Mayans’ calendar? How it will end? Oh, no! I have lotsa plans, and they are all undone!
My point here is, I wanna go to every places in the world! Explore new places and see different kinds of things! I mean who doesn’t? But i’m so desperate! It has been my ambition ever since i’m like, five I think. Travelling needs lots of expenses. And I just started to work, not even got my first pay yet. As for myself, I came from a middle income family and my parents only have just enough money to spend in every month. Growing up is not tough for me, but just that they did not give the proper guidance. I learn to adapt to everything by myself, such as crying alone, keeping everything to myself, not talking to my parents especially when i’m emotionally down. We do not share much. Thus, me and my siblings (a brother and a sister), are growing apart and to become strangers. I remember mum and dad always not at home and left me and my brother alone in the house with a message telling us to order for pizza or McD delivery. Our family do not usually dine together for lunch or dinner, basically we will only take turns on having lunch or dinner. And it has been like this since forever. Well, i’m trying my best to reverse everything, trying to put back all the good pieces of scattered puzzles. I love my family to bits! Especially my father, he is the most wonderful and bestest father that anyone could have. He is now in his golden age, and still, never step out to see the world. Would love to travel around the world with him as soon as possible.
The Grand Canyon, one of the most amazing natural wonders of the Earth, i kept remembering dad always talked about this place and the red indians... haha... will definitely make this place on the list.

Where are you from?
I always answer proudly saying that i'm from Penang. Yes, i'm a typical Penang Hokkien girl. My father is purely a Baba-Nyonya from the Penang island (Georgetown), mum is a Hokkien from the mainland (Raja Uda), so, i'm a true Penangite! not to be mentioned, Penang is a food haven! For me, I considered Penang to be the best ever place to stay in the whole of Malaysia! Check out the picture below, loving the dawn view of Tanjung Bungah!
